Grab your walking shoes, round up your favourite people and your dog, if they’d like to come and join us for the fourth Walk for PetWellness.
Hosted by PetWell and Habitat Pet Supplies, the walk will take place at:
10am on Sunday, 2 May 2027 in Docklands, Melbourne.
It’s a morning dedicated to celebrating pet wellbeing, connecting with fellow pet lovers and supporting animals and families who need a helping hand.
Best of all, 100% of registration sales goes directly to Second Chance Animal Rescue.
You don’t need to bring a dog to take part, just come ready to walk for a genuinely good cause.

What’s Included & What to Expect
Your registration includes entry to the Walk for PetWellness and access to all the activities happening at the event. Meet our sponsors, explore their stalls and spend the morning with a community that cares just as much about pets as you do. Our popular Wellness Packs will also be available to purchase separately.
Expect a relaxed and welcoming morning celebrating pets, wellbeing and community. There’ll be plenty to explore before and after the walk, including sponsor stalls, special guests, photo opportunities and a few surprises we’ll reveal closer to the day.
Whether you’re coming with your dog, your family, a group of friends or simply because you love animals, you’ll be very welcome.

Your Ticket Makes a Difference
100% of registration sales goes directly to Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCAR).
Your support helps SCAR rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals while assisting people experiencing financial hardship or escaping domestic violence to keep their pets safe and cared for.
One ticket may feel like a small action, but together, those tickets can make an enormous difference.

Absolutely. You don’t need a dog to take part, just a love of animals and a willingness to walk for a good cause.
The event will be busy, with plenty of people, dogs and activity. Please only bring dogs that are comfortable in this environment. Nervous or reactive dogs may be happier sitting this one out, but their humans are still very welcome.
Yes. All dogs must remain on a secure lead and under the supervision of a responsible adult throughout the event.
Every dollar from registration sales goes directly to Second Chance Animal Rescue, helping support animals in need and people facing financial hardship or escaping domestic violence.
